DAF Shifts to ‘Wartime’ Acquisition Footing, Activates First Portfolio Executives
The Department of the Air Force (DAF) officially placed its procurement enterprise on a "wartime footing" on Thursday, Jan. 8, commencing the immediate implementation of the "Warfighting Acquisition System."
